Boom Fantasy is one of the best fantasy sports apps in the market right now. Players can select contests, pick players and let the app automatically do the work for you. You can play all the major sports; NFL, NBA, MLB, and golf.

Process
I started working with the product team on the first day and started organizing ideas and information. I divided the complexity of the project into 2 milestones. The first milestone was the overhauling of new screens in the UI and improvements. The other one was introducing a new design for the stats screens.
Follow the path
This application was live in the app store already, therefore, I had to understand the behavior and identify the pain points for the new UI.
Concepts and Prototypes
I worked on a few concepts and prototypes with the product team for the first milestone.
Second Milestone
The second milestone was to introduce a few new screens without moving too many screens.
Final Product
The final product was great and very intuitive for the users. The app got a 30% increase after the re-design and the new features.
