Project Overview
The Mitel report is a web application where agents and manager can have detailed information about their performance data and call center information. The dashboard offers information about your daily calls such as call attendance, queues, and minutes, and compares agents’ performances against with other. This software is offered to all Mitel platform subscribers.
My Work
I worked on the design along with the UX team, Project manager, and the engineering team to design the experience and implementation of the Mitel reports.

Process
The Project manager, UX director and I got together to learn more about the project and went over usability issues with the current system. It took a few meetings to set features and information architecture. Since I had to visualize big amount of data, it was very critical to understand each piece of data and how the UI was gathering all the information.
Wireframes
The UX director and I worked on a few wireframe and ideas for the first concept. On the approach, I wanted to organize all the information first and run a few tests myself.
Last minute changes
At the time I was designing this product, the application was under ShoreTel. However, everything I had so far got a big change after this company got acquired by one of the largest communication company on the market, Mitel. Then the team and I had to quickly learn, adapt and re-brand the entire UI.
Fast Prototyping
When I mentioned adaptation, I meant 2 days of fast re-branding and prototype to present the new UX team on Mitel.
Final Product
My final design embodied all the new Mitel design language. The data is well structured and easy to understand. I wanted to design something that is not only new and shiny but more functional and less time-consuming to understand data.
